Winter is ending quickly. You know what that means. It’s time to start planning for that summer getaway. England is a great choice so start banking that coffee money and budget that vacation pay. It’s true, that England is more expensive than its other European counterparts, but the memories will last a life time.
LONDON
Think about the magic of walking up and down London’s cobble streets or taking in the view of the magnificent Buckingham Palace. You’ll be sure to soak in many of the rumors of England’s most famous Royal Family. If you’re male, be sure a female Brit doesn’t speak with you – her accent will melt your heart. Other than that, London has roughly 300 museums and art galleries and about 6,000 restaurants. Just be sure to bring the cash.

Cricket, anyone? Play cricket in Kew. While you’re visiting the London village, why not make a trip to the Kew Gardens. You’ll need some time though because of the 300 acres of shrubs, trees and flowers, the most comprehensive public gardens in the world.

SOUTH BANK
The River Thames south bank is a must-see stop on your London itinerary. Some of the most popular attractions, including the BA London Eye and Tate Modern plus the South Bank, the largest arts complex in Europe.

WIMBLEDON
The annual tennis championships are one of Wimbledon’s claims to fame. Soccer is another sport loved in England. Just be sure to call it “football” when you get there.
